F. Data processing methods and time-limits for storing the data

As pointed out in the premise of this policy, the Company collects and treats some of your personal data by using cookies on its Website (first-party cookies). The Company acts as the controller of these data, in accordance with the Applicable Law, with all the security measures in line with the state-of-the-art, as for example the use of sophisticated pseudonymization techniques: no personal User’s data will ever be completely displayed to the Company. We’ll treat your data only with computerised systems, in a fully automated manner and without any human intermediation. So our employees or partners will never have access to the content of your personal data, obtained thanks to the cookies. Personal User’s Data will be stored for the time strictly necessary to carry out the purposes pointed out in the previous paragraphs and as required by the civil law for the protection of the Users’ and Holder’s interests.

As stated, User’s personal data will be stored only as long as is strictly necessary in order to complete the explained purposes and in any case for no longer than twelve (12) months.

G. Rights of the involved

Furthermore, Users have the right to get:

a) access, update, correction, or when interested, the integration of data;

b) the cancellation, the transformation in an anonymous way, or the data blocking when they are treated not according to the legislation, including data which not need to be preserved according to the purposes of the collection or the treatment.

c) the attestation which explains that operations referred to in points a) and b) have been known, even for what concerns their content, of whom datas have been communicated or disseminated, except the case in which this fulfilment results impossible or entails the use of means that are too excessive compared to the protected right.

a) the right to withdraw their consent in every moment, if the treatment is based on it;

b)the right to the data portability (right to receive personal data referring to themselves in a structured format, in common use and in a machine-readable form), the right to the restriction of the processing of personal data and the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”);

c) the right to object:

i) in whole or in part, for licit purposes associated to the processing of personal data that concern themselves, relevant to the purpose of collection.
